We had over 120 people attend our Spring Seminar Series which was given by Dr Otto Boecking, a senior scientist and beekeeper at the Bee institute in Celle, Germany.
Some great lectures, a very appreciative audience and some insightful information on beekeeping practices in Germany especially on the national organisational level. Or to be blunt it showed up the lack of any input from Official Ireland when it comes to beekeeping.
We hope to post some information on some of the interesting methods presented by Dr Boecking.
